The Motherhood Metamorphosis In-Person Workshop Series is comprised of 9 individual

90-minute workshops that tackle the most common challenges moms face throughout the motherhood journey.

In collaboration with Community Playroom, in Colts Neck, NJ, the following workshops will be offered each month, beginning in April 2026 and running through December 2026, and Community Playroom will also be offering optional child-care that will run along-side each workshop so that you can focus on yourself and your growth with peace of mind that your child(ren) is/are also being nurtured and looked after by amazing child-care experts:
