I guide burnt-out working, stay-at-home, and empty-nest moms back to themselves by helping them build unshakeable confidence, prioritize their own needs too, align their values in all areas of their lives, and release societal pressures in order to define motherhood on their own terms,
guilt-free.

And yet, would you believe me if I told you that 4 years ago I didn't even know what I liked for breakfast anymore, or what I liked to do for fun, or the last time I got to spend time alone (and no, I'm not counting shower time with a child playing right outside the shower door), or how I would define who I was (besides being a mom and a wife)? I had become so consumed with everyone else's needs that I couldn't make the simplest decision for myself, and I didn't even know who I was as an individual anymore. I was a full-time stay-at-home mom at the time, but I felt this identity struggle even when I was a working mom with a 15-year career in Human Resources. Then I was a mom, a wife, and an HR Professional, but I still didn't know who I was as an individual anymore because my priorities and values had shifted so much after becoming a parent. Does any of this resonate with you?
If you're the mom who gives everyone else your best while running on empty, who can't remember the last time someone asked what YOU wanted, who feels guilty for wanting more than just motherhood, or who feels they don't know who they are anymore because you've entered another new stage of motherhood - you're in the right place.
You don't have to choose between being a good mom and being yourself. You can have both! And you don't have to lose your identity during every life transition or new childhood stage. You can define and shift your values and priorities throughout your motherhood journey! And I know it's possible because I've done this for myself, and I can help you do it too.

You're not broken. You're just stuck because you've lost yourself a bit along the way.
I help you remember who you are, get unstuck, and build a life you love, free of guilt and burn-out.
Build Your Confidence and Release Societal Pressures
Stop second-guessing every decision and start trusting yourself again. You know more than you think you do. And your instincts definitely know what's best for you and your family, so ignore all the opinions and information being thrown at you by society, the media, gurus, strangers, and even family members.
Create Space for Your Needs
Learn to set boundaries without guilt and make time for what matters to you too. Define your identity as both a good mom and an individual.

"I have had so many insights and realizations in the time we have been working together. I have a clearer picture of where I'm going, and, more importantly, I can SEE myself making progress. I have learned so much in the time we have worked together, and I am so much clearer on WHAT I want out of life.
Lori is an EXCELLENT listener, and does it with a professionalism and warmth that is rare. Lori provides an appropriate amount of personal examples which really help me. Finally, Lori is so knowledgable and smart, but in a way that is unassuming and genuine. So thank you, Lori. I appreciate your support more than you can know. I've had an outstanding experience."
"Working with Lori has been so valuable for me. She listens with such presence that I feel deeply heard and understood. I have tried many things to help me navigate life as a mom but I learned that what I really needed was someone who could help me gain a deeper understanding of myself, which is exactly what Lori is able to do. She is so positive, supportive, and even when working through tough topics, I leave feeling more hopeful and grounded than ever before. One of the achievements that I am most proud of is reconnecting with who I am outside of being a mom. I had lost touch with what felt fun and brought me joy. Through the process I have been able to rediscover myself, find time for myself without guilt, and show up in my relationships in this new role. I am so grateful for the space she creates and the guidance she has given me."

"Lori came to me at a time when I really needed direction and a new approach, as traditional therapy methods were no longer working for me. She has been instrumental in my growth and healing journey, and I cannot thank her enough.
As a person, Lori is warm, understanding, and extremely supportive. As a coach, she has such an amazing way of hearing you out while giving you the guidance and courage to really challenge yourself. She knows just when and how to push you so you can reach your goals even faster.
Our sessions together were honestly life changing, and each time I left feeling energized and motivated to work on the things that bothered me. She not only gave me the tools, but her confidence in me is what helped me get to where I am today.
She wants you to succeed just as much as you do, and even on the days when I couldn’t show up as myself a 100%, she held me through each session and gave me the strength to keep pushing myself.
Working with her has been one of the best decisions I’ve made for myself. I recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone seeking real, lasting change.
Lori, thank you so much for bringing about real changes in my life. I am forever grateful for your love and support."

"Working with Lori has been truly transformative. She created a safe, supportive space where I felt comfortable opening up, reflecting, and growing. I deeply appreciate the tools she has taught me, they are practical, insightful strategies that I now use every day to become the best version of myself.
I am especially proud of the progress I’ve made in understanding my own needs, communicating more clearly, and building healthier rhythms in my personal and professional life. Lori’s guidance has been invaluable, and I am incredibly grateful for this coaching experience."

Therapy digs into your past to heal wounds and understand patterns that might be holding you back. It's about processing trauma, working through deep emotional blocks, and healing from the inside out. If you're struggling with postpartum depression, unresolved childhood issues, or serious mental health concerns, therapy is going to be your go-to.
Coaching is all about moving forward from where you are right now. We don't spend tons of time analyzing why you got here - instead, we focus on where you want to go and how to get there. It's like having a supportive friend who holds you accountable and helps you create the life you actually want. Perfect for when you know something needs to change but you're not sure what or how.
Consulting/mentorship is when someone who's been where you want to go shares their roadmap. They've walked the path, made the mistakes, and figured out what works. A consultant gives you their expertise and proven strategies, while a mentor guides you with wisdom from their own journey.
Here's the thing - you might need different approaches at different times. Maybe you start with therapy to process some deep wounds from your past, or to get from healing to functional. Then you move on to coaching and consulting/mentorship to work on a plan to achieve your goals and dreams, or to get from functional to unstoppable.
The Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC approach combines pure coaching with consulting/mentorship (sometimes called "hybrid coaching"). This approach allows clients to lead their own transformative journey and to find their answers from within through the coach's empowering and challenging questions and exercises and also offers an additional layer of support/learning through Lori's personal and professional expertise, stories, and experiences.
The key is knowing where you are and what kind of support will actually help you move forward. No judgment, just the right tool for where you're at right now. And, during your free consultation call, Lori will help you to figure out if coaching is right for you right now. If it's not, Lori has a large network of colleagues that she can refer you to for your specific needs.
The duration of coaching varies depending on individual needs and goals and the type of program you enroll into. Typically, in order to see real, sustainable results, one-on-one coaching lasts for a minimum of 6 weeks (if working on only one or two goals) and can become an on-going relationship for those with a lot of goals and/or those who are committed to a lifetime of growth.
Currently, Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC offers one-on-one coaching programs (a 6-session package that can last up to 2 months, an 8-session package that can last up to 3 months, a 12-session package that can last up to 4 months, and a 16-session package that can last up to 5 months).
Launching in early 2026, Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC will also be offering a live, in-person group coaching workshop series in multiple locations in and near Monmouth County, New Jersey and an online self-paced course series. Make sure you subscribe to the Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC email newsletter to be among the first to learn more about these exciting programs and gain exclusive access and discounts as a founding client. You may also email Lori directly at [email protected] to express your interest in these programs and to learn more.
Professional coaching gives you something most of us don't have: someone completely focused on helping you create the life you actually want, not the one you think you should want.
You get clarity on what matters most to you. So many of us, especially as moms, get caught up in everyone else's expectations that we forget what we actually care about. Coaching helps you cut through that noise and figure out your real priorities and values.
You stop spinning your wheels. Instead of feeling stuck or overwhelmed by all the things you could or should do, you create a clear plan with actual steps. No more endless research or waiting for the "perfect" moment. You start moving forward.
You have someone in your corner. Your coach is not someone who's going to judge you or tell you what to do. Your coach is someone who believes in you and keeps you accountable to your goals. Your coach is someone who won't let you give up on yourself.
You learn to trust yourself again. Coaching isn't about your coach having all the answers. It's about helping you reconnect with your own wisdom and instincts. You already have the answers within you, your coach just guides you to reconnect with your truths and possibilities.
You create real, lasting change. Coaching allows you to strive for more than just surface-level fixes. It helps you create deep shifts in how you think about yourself and what's possible for your life. These kind of changes stick because they come from within you.
The best part? You don't have to have it all figured out to start. You just need to be ready to commit to investing in yourself and the life you want to create.
The cost of coaching varies depending on the program that's best for you. Unlike therapy, coaching is not currently covered by health insurance so it is an out-of-pocket cost. However, Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC strives to provide financial support to those who need it. Apply for a free consultation call for more information on pricing.
Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC programs are designed for anyone who identifies as a mother, at any stage of motherhood, and has been conditioned to take on the traditional demands placed on primary caregivers by society.
Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC consultation calls last between 45-60 minutes. You and Lori will spend some time discussing your individual goals, including conducting a brief exercise to get an understanding of where you are currently when it comes to the most common challenges in motherhood. Lori will provide more details about what coaching entails so that you and she can assess whether one of the Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC programs is right for you. And finally, Lori will provide more in-depth information, including pricing, about the program(s) she believes would benefit you the most, leaving ample time for you to ask any remaining questions you may have.
Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC's one-on-one coaching programs are comprised of a series or package of sessions, with each session lasting around 45 minutes and conducted via video conferencing or telephone between the client and the coach on a weekly basis.
During the first session of every coaching program, the client and the coach will engage in a goal setting exercise in order to establish areas of focus customized to each client's individual needs. After this session, the coach will create a customized Client Success Tracker. Over the course of the program, the Client Success Tracker will measure progress towards the client's customized goals, provide the client opportunities to reflect on their goals and achievements to ensure alignment and to celebrate wins, and give the client a formal way to provide their coach with feedback on what's working well and on what may need some adjusting for optimal results.
Clients enrolled in one-on-one coaching programs through Monarch Motherhood Coaching LLC can also expect to complete "homework" assignments between sessions and live exercises during one-on-one sessions. These assignments and exercises are meant to help guide one-on-one sessions and provide deeper reflection opportunities outside of scheduled sessions. It is important to note though that all one-on-one coaching sessions are always client-led. So even if a specific assignment is completed for the next session on one topic, the client can always show up to that next session with a topic to explore that is weighing on them more than the assignment topic. All one-on-one coaching sessions involve accountability led by curiosity but never with judgment, thought or mindset work, celebrating wins and milestones and action planning.
